Pinot

I had the pleasure of briefly meeting Wade, and caught a glimpse of his nascent sparkle. I love seeing how John and Talley are honoring their son’s memory. Anyone who has lost a loved one will be inspired by this project.

I am an interpretive impressionist – a phrase vague enough to be introspective, but flexible enough to encompass my approach to creativity. Expressive freedom needs balance.

So many ponies; so many approaches! My pony was a challenge, as it should have been. My local vineyards, my love of the Willamette Valley, and the wine cask donated by Tidal Raves Restaurant in Depoe Bay helped inspire ‘Pinot’. I loved this one!
